Rick knows organizations inside and out. He has a unique talent for understanding what makes the people within them grow so the whole organization expands capacity and earnings. He is a learning, organizational development, human resources, and strategy professional with 25 years of internal experience (15 years at the C-level), and 15 years of external consulting work.


Rick especially loves launching or accelerating the professionalization of HR and learning functions within any size organization. His career of growing people-centered for-profit and nonprofit organizations has been celebrated on numerous occasions with prestigious awards including:
